The Villa's

 

Nila Villa is a family run establishment which aims to provide affordable comfortable accomodation in one of Sri Lanka's most beautiful locations. Nila Villa comprises two villas, a three bedroom bungalow and a two bedroom cottage built in 2013/2014 by the Xavier family.

 

The villa's are located at Nilaveli Beach, a 20 minute drive from the centre of Trincomalee, Sri Lanka. They are situated in a tranquil property off the Pulmoddai-Trincomallee Road, backing onto a natural laggoon with abundant wildlife and only a short walk away from the unspoilt white sands of Nilaveli Beach.

 

 Nila Villa is an ideal place to relax in peaceful serene surrounds and take advantage of the many sights and activities nearby. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, sip cocktails at the nearby resorts, visit cultural sites, go diving, take part in water sports or just take it easy and relax away from the huslte and bustle of the city, Nila Villa is the perfect place to do it.

 

Both villas are newly built with modern facilities such as television and airconditioning. They have an onsite caretaker to help you with all your needs. Local freshly sourced food is available on request from the caretaker or there are several resorts and restaurants to take advantage of close by.

 

Nila Villa -"Bungalow"

Is a 3 Bedroom bungalow with a double and single bed in each room. The bungalow has a large kitchen and a large open sitting area. All the rooms have ceiling fans, two of the bedrooms have airconditioning and the main room has an ensuite.  The bungalow easily accomodates 6-9 people with additional fold out beds available on request.

Nila Villa - "Cottage"

Is a 2 Bedroom cottage with a double/twin beds in each room. The cottage has a small kitchen and sitting area. Both rooms are airconditioned with a shared bathroom.  The villa easily accomodates 4 people.
